I am looking for a recipe for Crabapple hot pepper jelly, ‘light’/little to no sugar, or use of Stevia. Can you help?

Sorry it took so long to see this. My notifications were switched off.
I haven’t tried it with stevia. But I think you could. The apples produce a good juice that is sharp. Do I would try it with less sugar and pectin instead.
