Cauliflower pizza: my experience

We did it!

Made the pizza with cauliflower.

Here’s the recipe we used. The process was really good. I used a recipe that was dead easy. I will make it again because the toppings I used were a bit too moist. But all in allot wS good.

It’s a microwave start with lots of grated cauliflower. It cooks in its own liquid.

Several things are mixed in.

Then I put it on a tray. It goes in the oven.

After that, time to pimp the pizza.

So the verdict was good. We’d eat it again. Next time I’d Cheney the topping aspect.

I must try this one day, my brother-in-law says it’s the greatest thing ever.

I do need a second attempt to improve it but it was quick and simple.

It’s good. Our toppings were to wet I think but it was tasty.

So the crust is cauliflower? I’d eat that! But don’t Cheney the toppings. That would be tortuous.
