Curry Fun

the curry I made the other day was delicious.

It was a Jamie Oliver fifteen minute meal. I hadn’t really meant to do such a thing.

Kerelan Curry.

It had some great flavours.

And some unusual ingredients. Pineapple, chickpeas, mustard seed, fenugreek.

It wasn’t necessarily simple but I had a lot of the ingredients already.

The cauliflower needed to be charred first which was a new thing for me.

It was very tasty.

It was cool cooking the rice with half a lemon too.

And there was another top tip which was a great way to puff the poppadoms.

Simply arranging them in a bowl and microwaving them was all it took. No oil, no water needed.

I Love making curries, even when they have thirty ingredients and a hundred steps. That looks delicious. Must try the microwave technique.
