When you’ve eaten you take your plates to the sink as the food prep area is in the middle of the dining area.
Then for course two we had a reflection on vertical and roof top gardens which are the latest Amsterdam tool for helping to use the rainfall in support of the drainage needs of the city.

It was one of those evenings spent with great company that flew past.
