The planet is our home; we need to be more responsible. Here's what I do.
“I’d really like Haloumi for dinner.” I said as I went out the door. There was some in the fridge.
Haloumi is a wonderful thing. It’s cheese that can be grilled. It doesn’t melt it just goes brown.
It’s one of my favourite things.
But then the resident chef (/beekeeper/gardener/handyman) did something magical.
There was a box of gluten free couscous in the cupboard.
He took the following:
Then he made the most amazing stewy sauce.
Meanwhile falafel joined the Haloumi in a pan. All very Middle Eastern.
The couscous was made entertaining with coriander and fresh mint.
It was delicious!
