Simple Salad

We needed an accompaniment for a delicious quiche. 

Here’s a Simple bean salad with what we had around the house. 

Ingredients

• Small finely chopped sweet onion
• Sweet red pepper, diced
• A small tin of mixed beans, organic
• A cup of frozen peas
• Grated raw carrot
• Home made honey mustard dressing

Method

Combine in a bowl. 

Optional

Add fresh coriander 

Simple, easy and delicious.
