Green Lizard's Blog

The planet is our home; we need to be more responsible. Here's what I do.

Sometimes it feels like …..

…. Some bodies watching me.

One of our red hens has become a spy.

She has learned that we keep her favourite treat, tasty meal worms in a tub inside the patio doors.

If she perches on the back rail of the garden chair she can see it.

She’s now learning how to perch on the kitchen windowsill to see what she can see from there.

The glass confuses her a little but she likes to know what’s going on.

If the door’s open she’ll try and come in to find her snack.

What a clever bird she is!

Chickens are so easy to keep and very entertaining.
