The planet is our home; we need to be more responsible. Here's what I do.
So it’s Friday night and you finished work. You decide to look for a vegetarian restaurant.
You go to one; it’s closed for holidays. You go to the second one; it is fully booked. So then you head to Happy Cow. The vegetarian search engine for all.
There you discover the restaurant you didn’t know existed. And it’s only 10 minutes away. How cool is that?
Through the window it looked really inviting.
And exactly what we needed for a Friday night spontaneous dinner.
An organic seasonal menu. On a blackboard for ease of use. Very environmental.
Wortel beignets (like little root vegetable rosti) with paneer. They were yummy.
Then the pakketje of cauliflower and sprouts.
An amazing chocolate mousse dessert too.
It’s in a very quiet residential street and offered soya milk and gluten free with vegan options too.
It was great to find a place where we could really enjoy the food that we haven’t been to before.
