I should give you a chance to guess where it was taken etc. Is it during Monsoon in the tropics?
Is it a cyclone event in the Americas?
A tropical storm?
To me the answer is more worrying. Here’s the average annual weather data for this place.
You could guess which months the photo was taken in. I’d go for November, December or January. Maybe.
(The source is here but don’t spoil it.)
That’s not right.

If you’re a climate change denier then you won’t like this but this place has had its coldest winter for many years.
According to Wikipedia:
Malta has a Subtropical–Mediterranean climate according to the Köppen climate classification (Csa),2 with very mild winters and warm to hot summers. Rain occurs mainly in winter, with summer being generally dry. According to the Troll-Paffen climate classification 3 and the Siegmund/Frankenberg climate classification, 4 Malta lies within the subtropical zone. According to 5International Living, Malta is the state with the best climate in the world.
This year there was snow

Strikes me that there’s something very wrong going on.
Have you had a weird weather experience recently?
