The resident chef made some lovely biscuits. We are experimenting with making our own biscuits instead of buying such things.
So he found a recipe with honey in and used soya milk instead of regular milk.
Then he added cocoa nibs to some of the mixture.
It went well but perhaps spent too long in the oven.
