My lovely vegan colleague from New Zealand is engaged in a blogging quest.
She and her husband are blogging 365 vegan dishes. In the process she has shared a wide variety of wonderful baking and exciting treat.
I’ve been inspired to investigate vegan cheese already and am keen to try some of the other tasty treats.
So this week I gave her some Jerusalem artichokes.
