Quick and Easy Curried egg with Chervil

A delicious new creation came out of the kitchen today!

So very tasty!

Now curried egg wouldn’t be an obvious choice of great food to me.

But then the house chef created this!

You will need:
1 diced onion
6 small boiled peeled eggs
1 tbsp sunflower oil
4 crushed cloves garlic
1tbsp Garam masala mix
Chervil chopped (accidentally bought in place of coriander)
1 small jar picante (is that a dutch word?) tomato pasta sauce

1. Put the garam masala in a dry hot pan to bring out the flavour
2. Add sunflower oil
3. Add onion and garlic
4. Add the sauce jar
5. Add the boiled eggs and simmer on a low heat for 20 mins or until the sauce is thicker
6. Serve with samosas, onion bhajis and rice.
