The planet is our home; we need to be more responsible. Here's what I do.
Going to the cinema is a great opportunity to be environmental. Experience over purchasing.
I also enjoy the opportunities we’ve had to explore new places. As a result we’ve found yet another cinema within a short distance of our neighborhood.
I wonder too, whether that means there are many hidden facilities in the local area. I then want to draw attention to these places as they need support.
The latest cinema is in a community centre in the next town. It’s run by forty volunteers. There’s two evening screenings a week.
It has classic tiered seating and a very retro feel. It also has a bar!
What a tremendous local resource!
We watched Jimmy’s Hall there. Funnily one of the themes of the film is the establishment of a local community hall that brings people together.
How very appropriate!
Are there any local facilities in your town that you’re particularly fond of?
