The planet is our home; we need to be more responsible. Here's what I do.

What really stinks?

So I’ve been thinking. I’ve spent a load of time searching for a good deodorant. I had specific criteria; no aluminium, no parabenes, no alcohol, not too perfumed, not tested on animals, and ‘natural’. You’d think if would be easy but I’ve been quite frustrated. Many that fit these criteria are okay but not great. By the end of the day I’d be glad to be away from people. Now the great news is my search us over. The deodorant I use now us brilliant. It’s made by the uk company called Lush. It works well and is even free of packaging so that’s even better. I’ve used it for three months. But the point of this Post is that I’m very conscious of the chain of choices that deodorant effects. First of all I thought I was a fairly smelly person as standard natural deodorants were pretty poor. It affected my clothes. Some people would have thrown their clothes away but I’ve worked to get them feed if the residual smell. So that leads to use of detergent. We use natural products here too. But did many if the deodorants not working they reach for the scary soap or throw them away. All in all the consumer chain of events is significant to me. More clothes, more detergent, more pollution seem inevitable. See what that deodorant did. It’s called Aromaco and thus is simply my own view.
